Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a challenging, fun and unique series of 26 hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a room heated to around 105F. Students of all levels, ages and body types practice together for 90 minutes working as intensely as flexibility and strength allows.
